SRENGTH:

• Good faculty members associated with research activities-03
• Percentages of students attending the classes are very high.
• Classes are organized regularly.
• Discipline is maintained in the department of Commerce.
• The students have potential to learn of commercial concepts and ensure their capabilities in modern challenges in day to day activities

WEAKNESSES:

• Guest teacher engage the classes due to shortage of teaching faculty.
• Our department feels shortage of supporting staff like computer operator.

CHALLENGES:-

• Integration of subject with the emerging environment that is application of the subject with Industries and social life.
• Conceptual frame work for the better understanding of the subject.
• To organize extension lectures by eminent resource person.

FUTURE PLANS:

• Commerce department has prepared futuristic plan to use ICT to improve teaching quality to help students to become most employable candidate in job market. Department is looking for approval to buy projector, video camera, large display, CBT(Software) to provide online and offline aid to students department is also looking for wiring showed server(with media streaming facility) to make massive online store of study materials.
